Sparrowhawk New Zealand Ltd is a Company formed in 2005 to facilitate the provision of practical small arms competition, recreation and training. The range of SparrowhawkNZ course curriculum covers entry level and novice to advanced firearm safety skills in rifle, handgun, shotgun and precision rifle for competition, agriculture, workplace safety, pest control or sporting applications.
Duck Shooting Eye Opener
Where: Located in the hills behind Albury,15min from Fairlie , 45 min from Timaru.
When: Sunday 29 April starting at 11 AM
Cost: $100 for 50 targets and 75 rounds ammunition incl.
A fantastic opportunity to dust off the ole shotgun and get your eye in for the big weekend, or, test your skills on our new simulated field course. Set in and around an established duck pond and wetland area with plenty of trees and cover this is as close to the real thing as we can get it. The course is set up to accommodate novice as well as seasoned shooters.
2 rounds of 25 simulated field targets set in and around natural habitat.
Food is available with a BBQ fundraiser run by Albury Primary School.
