Sparrowhawk New Zealand Ltd is a Company formed in 2005 to facilitate the provision of practical small arms competition, recreation and training. The range of SparrowhawkNZ course curriculum covers entry level and novice to advanced firearm safety skills in rifle, handgun, shotgun and precision rifle for competition, agriculture, workplace safety, pest control or sporting applications.
A stunning range set in a field firing environment with two firing points allowing ranges out to 2370m. useful as a proving range with flight paths crossing multiple gullies and land features which can throw up some interesting ballistic effects including wind shears and thermal boils.
Permanent and mobile targetry utilising steel targets from 400m out to 2000m with target flash indicators.
Also Ballistics software "truing" target at 800m.
Due to the design of the targets we are able to operate with no limits on calibre or velocity so if you have it you can bring it!
