Sparrowhawk New Zealand Ltd is a Company formed in 2005 to facilitate the provision of practical small arms competition, recreation and training. The range of SparrowhawkNZ course curriculum covers entry level and novice to advanced firearm safety skills in rifle, handgun, shotgun and precision rifle for competition, agriculture, workplace safety, pest control or sporting applications.
RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND INDEMNITY
I/We acknowledge that access to the property known as Shenley Station (being Run 323 “Shenley” Blocks IV and VIII Mackenzie Survey District and Blocks I and V Opawa Survey District, situated at Blainslie Road, Albury, RD 17 Fairlie) on which said property Sparrowhawk NZ Ltd also conducts it’s activities, is being granted at my/our request and I/we voluntarily enter the property for the purposes of (delete those which do not apply) Tuition / Recreation / Adventure Training / Pest Control ;or other ………………………
NOTICE OF HAZARDS
Hazards present on Shenley Station and Sparrowhawk NZ Ltd facilities include the following:
Steep terrain and natural landscape formations; pest control devices and poisons; dogs, livestock and wild animals; excrement; swamps and water courses; pits, troughs and dams; farm tracks and bridges; farm constructions such as fences (including electric fences), buildings and wires; poisonous plants; natural landscape hazards; weapons firing range and facilities; various munitions; simulators; all conveyances and machinery.
I/We confirm that I/We have read and understood the above Notice of Hazards in respect of the property.
I/We hereby warrant and undertake that:

I am/we are, physically able to undertake all activities associated with the purpose for entering the property as stated above.

I/we, assume all responsibility for my/our safety (including the safety of my/our employees or dependants) and the protection of my/our property (including the property of my/our employees or dependants) while on Shenley Station and Sparrowhawk NZ Ltd land and facilities.

I/ we, will not, without the express permission of Sparrowhawk NZ Ltd, post material on electronic social media.
I/We, hereby irrevocably release, discharge and indemnify the owners of both Sparrowhawk NZ Ltd and Shenley Station, their employees, agents and contractors from all loss, damage, claims, expenses, obligations, liabilities and proceedings incurred by reason of any act or omission by them or occurrence howsoever arising while I am/We are present on Shenley Station and Sparrowhawk NZ Ltd land and facilities, including, but not limited to, injury to any person or damage to any property.
